Form & Injury Cycle

First we learn how to run with the right form. Then, we either know, or find out, that we have errors in our form and we work to correct the errors. Then, we get niggles (pre-injuries) and we better change our form before they become injuries and we have to stop running for awhile. Obviously niggles are also caused by many other things besides running form mistakes.

Below shows the circular process, the number of source documents used in the analysis, and the number of opinions/errors/injuries in the documents.

This is NOT an academically pier reviewed test and control group research project. In business we call this 'directional'.
